As a result of this research, we were able to achieve the goal which we set ourselves at the beginning. By translating the book into English, and reaching out to the widest possible audience of offices and institutions and decision makers at the governmental level, and agencies of civil society, locally and globally, we have been able to deliver a true picture of our society and its attitude without falling once more into the snare of orientalist studies which describe our society without examining its statements and ideas, and treat it as an essentialised unit, homogenous and conforming which has no plurality of perspectives, and no hope for change.
We modestly hope that we have succeeded in contributing a new brick, that might become a pillar for understanding our reality, for building our aspirations upon, and for bringing about the change we seek.
