The global ethical system (represented by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and all international decisions) is based on principles and values that should be universally shared, addressing ethical and fundamental human values that individuals, communities, and nations should adhere to. Commitment to these values should be free from double standards and ignoring certain groups for the benefit of others.
